In order to reduce costs and increase efficiency, we use a third-party Internet auction to dispose of surplus equipment. This process helps with record keeping and proper disposition of surplus items without waste, favoritism or collusion. It is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

After items are declared surplus by the Board of Education, they are first offered without cost to our partner schools. Items not needed by partner schools are then placed on the Internet auction site where they are available to the public.
