The Medical Records Technician Program is designed to prepare the student
for entry-level employment in a medical, dental or hospital office setting.
This program emphasizes medical office skills. Medical Transcriptionists
are medical language specialists who interpret and transcribe dictation
by physicians, physician’s assistants and nurse practitioners.
